NFV – Fiberglass-reinforced Nylon. Hardness: 80 Shore D. (-40ºC to + 180ºC). Produced with fiberglass-reinforced polyamide nylon 6.6. Indicated for utilization in high and low temperature applications. They are light and have an excellent mechanical resistance, roll very easily, requiring less effort in maneuvering and handling. Resistant to greases, oils, and some kinds of acids.
NU – Molded polyurethane with Nylon Wheel Center. Hardness: 90 Shore A. (-40ºC to + 80ºC). Produced with a molded polyurethane tread and injected nylon wheel center. The mechanical bond system ensures excellent resistance and service life. Ideal for applications on various surface and environment types. They are light, withstand high loads, protect the floor, require less effort to handle and produce low noise level during handling. They have an excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. They may be used in a speed up to 4km/h.
PAC – Molded Polyurethane – High Hardness. Hardness: 60 Shore D. (-40ºC to + 80ºC). Produced with a high hardness molded polyurethane tread and grey cast iron wheel center. Ideal for more severe applications on various surface and environment types. They withstand heavy loads, protect the floor, requiring less effort to be handled, enabling equipment maneuvering and handling. They produce a low noise level when rolling and have an excellent service life. They have an excellent mechanical resistance and are resistant to abrasion, impacts, weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. They can be used at a speed of up to 4km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
BP – Thermoplastic Compound with PVC. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-10ºC to + 50ºC). Produced with recyclable thermoplastic compound with PVC tread and polypropylene copolymer wheel center. They offer a soft and quiet rolling, great floor protection, good chemical, wear and impact resistance, resulting in an excellent cost-benefit ratio. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
