RIG
Reinforced rig, made of stamped steel plate and swivel head with double ball raceway, zinc-plated finish. Bolted wheel axle.
Wheel
P – Molded Polyurethane. Hardness: 90 Shore A. (-40°C to +80°C).
Produced with a molded polyurethane tread and grey cast iron wheel center. Ideal for applications on various surfaces and environment types The withstand high loads, protect the floor, require less effort to handle, produce low noise level during handling, and have an excellent service life. They have great resistance to abrasion, impacts, weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. They can be used at a speed of up to 4km/h.
Load capacity up to 100Kg
RIG
Made of natural nylon 6.0 with double ball raceway.
Wheel
BP – Thermoplastic Compound with PVC. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-10°C to +50°C).
Produced with recyclable thermoplastic compound with PVC tread and polypropylene copolymer wheel center. They offer a soft and quiet rolling, great floor protection, good chemical, wear and impact resistance, resulting in an excellent cost-benefit ratio. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
Load capacity up to 300Kg
RIG
Reinforced rig, made of stamped steel plate and swivel head with double ball raceway, zinc-plated finish. Bolted wheel axle.
Wheel
SP – Extra Soft Thermoplastic Rubber. Hardness: 65 Shore A. (-10°C to +50°C).
Injected recyclable thermoplastic extra soft rubber tread and polypropylene copolymer wheel center. Its advantages are the extremely low noise level and vibration reduction. Indicated for light load handling, they offer an excellent floor protection and regular resistance to impacts and chemicals. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
Load capacity up to 150Kg
RIG
Stamped rig with double ball raceway, white zinc-plated and yellow zinc-plated finishing.
Wheel
N – Fiberglass-reinforced Nylon. Hardness: 80 Shore D
Produced with fiberglass-reinforced nylon 6.6. Indicated for utilization in high and low temperature applications. They are light and have an excellent mechanical resistance, rolling very easily, and requiring less effort in maneuvering and handling. Resistant to grease, oils, and some kinds of acids. Z – Zamak. Hardness: 115 Brinell. Produced with zamak, they roll easily offering a great handling effort reduction. They are very resistant withstanding high loads and temperatures. They are not indicated to utilization when noise level and floor maintenance are required.
