Load capacity up to 400Kg
RIG
Reinforced without central pin, with single hardened and guarded ball raceway. Bolted wheel axle.
Wheel
TB – Thermoplastic Rubber. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-20°C to +70°C).
Produced with recyclable thermoplastic elastic rubber tread and polypropylene copolymer wheel center. They present an excellent floor protection, soft and quiet rolling, easiness to handling and maneuvering, impact resistance, have a low deformation index under load and excellent abrasion resistance. They have a good resistance to weathering and chemicals such as salts and greases. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
Load capacity up to 1000Kg
RIG
Reinforced rig with an anti-shock spring system, manufactured in thick carbon steel with stamped and machined parts, swivel section with axial ball bearing and tapered roller bearing. Painted finishing. Bolted wheel axle.
Wheel
B – Molded Rubber. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-20°C to +70°C).
Produced with molded vulcanized rubber tread over a grey cast iron wheel center. They roll softly with a low noise level, absorb shocks and vibrations. They are resistant to abrasion and chemicals. They can be used at a speed of up to 20km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
Load capacity up to 400Kg
RIG
Reinforced without central pin, with single hardened and guarded ball raceway. Bolted wheel axle.
Wheel
BP – Thermoplastic Compound with PVC. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-10°C to +50°C).
Produced with recyclable thermoplastic compound with PVC tread and polypropylene copolymer wheel center. They offer a soft and quiet rolling, great floor protection, good chemical, wear and impact resistance, resulting in an excellent cost-benefit ratio. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
Load capacity up to 800Kg
RIG
Reinforced without central pin, with single hardened and guarded ball raceway. Bolted wheel axle.
Wheel
BC – Molded Polyurethane – Round. Hardness: 90 Shore A. (-40°C to +80°C).
Produced with a molded polyurethane tread and grey cast iron wheel center. Round tread profile offers a reduced floor contact area, easiness for handling and maneuvering, reducing handling effort and low rolling noise level. They offer a superior service life due to their polyurethane layer larger than conventional wheels. They have an excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. They can be used at a speed of up to 20km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
