BS – Double-Layered Molded Rubber. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-20ºC to + 70ºC). Produced with molded double-layered vulcanized rubber tread over a grey cast iron wheel center. Ideal for external floor applications, offer a great shock and vibration absorption, high resistance to abrasion and longer service life due to their thicker rubber layer. Resistant to chemicals. They can be used at a speed of up to 20km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
RIT – Pneumatic – Stamped Plate Wheel Center (-20ºC to + 50ºC). Manufactured with tire and tube, with zinc-plated stamped carbon steel plates. Indicated for applications in irregular floors where handling easiness, impact and vibration damping is required. They offer an easy maintenance, and their components can be supplied separately. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
BD – Molded Rubber With Stamped Plate Wheel Center: 80 Shore A. (-20ºC to + 70ºC). Produced with solid rubber tread, with zinc-plated stamped carbon steel wheel center. They are light and resistant, soft and quiet rolling and are indicated for light duties on floors in good conditions. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
NHT – Fiberglass-reinforced Thermoplastic Compound. Hardness: 85 Shore D. (-20ºC to + 220ºC). Produced with a fiberglass-reinforced engineering thermoplastic compound. Indicated for utilization in high and low temperature applications. They are light and have an excellent mechanical resistance, roll very easily, requiring less effort in maneuvering and handling. Resistant to greases, oils, and some kinds of acids.
