TP – Thermoplastic Compound. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-10ºC to + 50ºC). Produced with recyclable thermoplastic compound tread and polypropylene copolymer wheel center. They offer a soft and quiet rolling, excellent floor protection, good chemical, wear and impact resistance, resulting in an excellent cost-benefit ratio. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
P – Molded Polyurethane. Hardness: 90 Shore A. (-40ºC to + 80ºC). Produced with a molded polyurethane tread and grey cast iron wheel center. Ideal for applications on various surface and environment types The withstand high loads, protect the floor, require less effort to handle, produce low noise level during handling, and have an excellent service life. They have great resistance to abrasion, impacts, weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. They can be used at a speed of up to 20km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
PMX – Rubber (Rim) Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-20ºC to + 70ºC). Produced with solid rubber rim and stamped carbon steel plates for the flanges (wheel center). They do not require maintenance, they do not go flat, easily rolling under obstacles and are indicated for use on irregular floors. Flanges are secured by screws enabling the mounting and replacement of their components that may be supplied separately.
PC – Pneumatic – Stamped Plate Wheel Center (- 20ºC to + 50ºC). Manufactured with tire and tube, with painted stamped carbon steel plates. Indicated for applications in irregular floors where handling easiness, and impact and vibration damping is required. They offer an easy maintenance, and their components can be supplied separately. Nominal working speed is up to 4 km/h.
