B – Molded Rubber. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-20ºC to + 70ºC). Produced with molded vulcanized rubber tread over a grey cast iron wheel center. They roll softly with a low noise level, absorb shocks and vibrations. They are resistant to abrasion and chemicals. They can be used at a speed of up to 20km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
SP – Extra Soft Thermoplastic Rubber. Hardness: 65 Shore A. (-10ºC to + 50ºC). Injected recyclable thermoplastic extra soft rubber tread and polypropylene copolymer wheel center. Its advantages are the extremely low noise level and vibration reduction. Indicated for light load handling, they offer an excellent floor protection and regular resistance to impacts and chemicals. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
BC – Molded Polyurethane – Round. Hardness: 90 Shore A. (-40ºC to + 80ºC). Produced with a molded polyurethane tread and grey cast iron wheel center. Round tread profile offers a reduced floor contact area, easiness for handling and maneuvering, reducing handling effort and low rolling noise level. They offer a superior service life due to their polyurethane layer larger than conventional wheels. They have an excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. They can be used at a speed of up to 20km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
NFV – Fiberglass-reinforced Nylon. Hardness: 80 Shore D. (-40ºC to + 180ºC). Produced with fiberglass-reinforced polyamide nylon 6.6. Indicated for utilization in high and low temperature applications. They are light and have an excellent mechanical resistance, roll very easily, requiring less effort in maneuvering and handling. Resistant to greases, oils, and some kinds of acids.
