PMX – Rubber (Rim) Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-20ºC to + 70ºC). Produced with solid rubber rim and stamped carbon steel plates for the flanges (wheel center). They do not require maintenance, they do not go flat, easily rolling under obstacles and are indicated for use on irregular floors. Flanges are secured by screws enabling the mounting and replacement of their components that may be supplied separately.
BC – Molded Polyurethane – Round. Hardness: 90 Shore A. (-40ºC to + 80ºC). Produced with a molded polyurethane tread and grey cast iron wheel center. Round tread profile offers a reduced floor contact area, easiness for handling and maneuvering, reducing handling effort and low rolling noise level. They offer a superior service life due to their polyurethane layer larger than conventional wheels. They have an excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. They can be used at a speed of up to 20km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
TP – Thermoplastic Compound. Hardness: 80 Shore A. (-10ºC to + 50ºC). Produced with recyclable thermoplastic compound tread and polypropylene copolymer wheel center. They offer a soft and quiet rolling, excellent floor protection, good chemical, wear and impact resistance, resulting in an excellent cost-benefit ratio. Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.
PHP – Molded Polyurethane – High Performance. Hardness: 95 Shore A. (-40ºC to + 100ºC). Produced with a molded high performance polyurethane tread and grey cast iron wheel center. Ideal for applications on various surface and environment types. They offer excellent results with towed equipment. They withstand high loads, protect the floor, require less effort to handle, produce low noise level during handling, have an excellent resistance to tearing, impacts and abrasion, with a superior service life. They have an excellent resistance to weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. They can be used at a speed of up to 30km/h when mounted with ball bearings.
